We don't entertain single men or students for their self entertainment or throwing parties then this is not a place for place for you. Guest need to provide If and Address proof before checkin in the apartment. For late check in like 6 pm to 8 pm - Guest need to pay INR 750/- (means 10 $) 10 pm to 12 pm - Guest need to pay INR 1500/- (means 20$)

50% refund up to 7 days prior to arrival.
After that, no refund.

100% refund for cancellation made within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before prior to arrival.
After that, no refund for the first 30 days of the stay.
