It's a compact fully furnished studio apartment of 365 sqft in 7th floor (with 2 lifts) with all the best amenities. our apartment is prime location of West Delhi and 15 to 20 mins distance from prominent hospitals like BLK, Sir Ganga Ram, Maharaja Agarsen and all major shopping malls and high streets markets are near by like Karol Bagh, Rajouri Garden. Our apartment serves best for business travellers, couples , medical tourism etc. Our society is well connected with metro connectivity etc The space Its a small well furnished cosy studio apartment with attached washroom with all the ultra modern amenities in the studio apartment. Our studio apartment is couple friendly and private and noise free. Guest can book and relax here. Amenities- 1) 40 inch led smart TV 2) Split AC 3) Sofa cum bed 4) King Size Bed 5) Kitchen is equipped with appliances like RO, Refrigerator, Hot Induction with Induction Utensils , complete crockery unit and glasses , basic oil and spices etc 6) Wardrobe 7) Fans 8) Invertor for Power Back up 9) Workstation 10) Wifi connection 11) Fresh linen will provided at check-in Note - Please note we don't have washing machine in the apartment. Guest access guest can access entire apartment like bedroom , living room , kitchen and bathroom Other details to note It our privately owned compact studio apartment not a party place or hotel so don't expect services like hotel etc other charges for extra services of required- 1) If guest require extra complete set (i.e. 1 Bedsheet+ 2 sets towels + 2 quilt cover extra + 2 pillow covers) then for all these guests need to pay Rs. 500/- in advance which will be provided on the request made by guest. These charges are optional. 2) If guest require cleaning, then maid will be provided, and she will do cleaning and will charge Rs. 150/- for the entire apartment cleaning like utensils, moping etc . These charges are optional. 3) For late check in like 6 pm to 8 pm - Guest need to pay INR 500/- 10 pm to 12 pm - Guest need to pay INR 750/- PET CHARGES ARE 1000 INR PER NIGHT. GUEST IS LIABLE TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE. (SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR PET WILL BE 2000 INR) Note - For any extra services guest need to inform on time so we can arrange accordingly and do Paytm and service will be provided.
