(Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable and also depend on the time) * Families are preferred over bachelors. * No parties or music are not allowed. * Id's of all the guests need to show at check-in (Visitor IDs also need to submit) * Group parties and loud music is not allowed. * Super safe for solo traveling girls. * Refundable Security: Payable at check-in, refundable at check-out (applies if you have pets) ~ Pet Security Charges: Pet charges apply to the property. Ensure your pet is wearing a pet mask with a pet collar and leash. * Pet security deposit: 3K (Fully refunded at the checkout time) * Pet Stay Charges :500 per day ~ Electricity Charges 500 per night will be charged in summers/ 300 will be charged in winters. ~ Arrival Information: * Please inform your arrival time in advance to our Property Manager. * Call our Property Manager an hour before check-in and check-out. ~ Extra Guest Fee Rules: * Before 8 PM: Free of cost. * After 8 PM: 800rs per person. (For visit only, Stay is not included) * If the extra guest stays : 1500rs per guest. (No Mattress is included) * For extra mattress: 500rs per night per mattress will be charged. * If an extra guest stays with extra Mattress : 2000 per person (Same room only) ~ Airport pickup: Charges apply, please inquire about rates. ~ Car Rentals: Charges apply, please inquire about rates. ~ Food services: We don’t provide the food at our property but we provide the kitchen and Kitchen utilities. You can cook yourself or you can order food online. Other Applicable Charges- 1) Guest needs to pay Electricity on per day basis for the number of days staying @ Rs. 300/- per day x number of days to be staying in advance. This is mandatory charges. 2) If guest require extra complete set (i.e. 1 Bedsheet+ 2 sets towels + 2 quilt cover extra + 2 pillow covers) then for all these guest need to pay Rs. 500/- in advance which will be provided on the request made by guest. This is optional expenses based on guest request 3) If guest require cleaning then maid will be provided and she will do cleaning and will charge Rs. 750/- for the entire apartment cleaning like utensils , moping etc .This is optional expenses based on guest request 4) For late check in like 8 pm to 10 pm - Guests need to pay INR 1000/- 10 pm to 12 pm - Guests need to pay INR 1500/- RS 5) For dedicated car parking if required will be given to the guest who stayed more than 30 days with a charge of 3600 plus 18% gst and for short stays it will be 200/- per night to be paid to us. Note - All these are pre-paid services guest need to do Paytm and service will be provided.
