It is Mandatory for all guests to share their aadhaar/id cards. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with reception. 2. The Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 3. 100 % advance Payment deposit for accommodation before Check in. We do not accept personal Cheques for payment. Due to the fact that the estate is located in close proximity to the village and a natural habitat of birds , it is mandatory that guests strictly abstain from any noise / loud music after 9.00 pm It is forbidden to bring into the estate premises flammable materials, explosives or firearms. Bringing or storing any products /items of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is strictly prohibited. Gambling, Smoking, contraband / smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, pets and animals are not allowed in the estate premises. 7. For any Damage done to the estate amenities, articles, furniture, property, etc., by or due to guests themselves any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management. 8. Visitors entry to the guests' rooms strictly prohibited. 9. It is agreeably anticipated that guest will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized and decent manner. The management may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with the estate policy and rules. 10. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other customers guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any estate rules policy or instructions. 11. The accommodation includes a fully functional kitchen enabling the guests to cook with the rations procured by themselves. However, the estate staff` shall arrange for any procurement (food or otherwise) desired by the guest at his own cost, from the local stores , subject to availability. This service shall be provided at a cost of Rs 150/ for every trip. 12. Eating and drinking may please be done in the living /dining areas and NOT in the bedrooms. 13. Any garbage shall be disposed off in the designated garbage bins. No littering is allowed in the estate premises. 14. On account of the estate being in a hilly terrain, a close eye must be kept on small children to ensure their safety and well being. 15. The guests are requested to make sure that all electrical equipments/ appliancesC geysers/ heaters, cooking gas irons, oven etc.) should be switched off after use. 16. The power backup is available through an electrical inverter only. Electricity shall be conserved in the event of a power breakdown. 17. As responsible guests, it is important to understand that water is a precious resource and should be preserved to the extent possible. 18. The indoors are designated as NON SMOKING AREAS. The guests who wish to smoke may do so outdoors only ,ensuring that the cigarette buts are disposed off in unignited condition in designated garbage bins. 19. In the event of a requirement of an evening bonfire , a prior request of the same may be made to the trained estate staff , only which shall arrange the same at an additional cost of Rs 700/- .The same shall be required to be concluded by 9.00 pm. 20. The estate provides for an inhouse parking space for 2 cars only. 21. The first floor accommodation is for the management's personal use only and is out of bounds for the guests. 22. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the estate forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her 23. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time. 24. On account of the estate being in a hilly and forest area, all guests are advised to keep the doors and windows closed to prevent entry of insects etc. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES, TERMS, CONDITIONS DISPUTES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANDIGARH JURISDICTATION
